Bringing your Puppy Home
Our priority when determining shipping and delivery options is to get your puppy to its forever home in a way that will be as stress free for the puppy as possible. The transition from our home to yours can be a stressful time as it is for the puppy, we try our best to provide options that are stress free and safe, which include:
Pick up at Eby Eden
You can always pick your puppy up at our home in Northeast Ohio. This option is generally the least stressful for your puppy. We will work with you to determine a mutually available date for you to visit and pick up your puppy.

During your visit, we will go over the information in your puppy's Folder and review tips to make your pup's transition home a success. Of course, we have to snap a few photos to commemorate your pup's "gotcha day"
If you live a farther distance from Eby Eden it is not always feasible for your family to travel the entire distance. We are happy to meet you halfway for delivery (within reason) at an agreed upon date/time/location for the puppy transfer. Should severe weather occur on the day we are scheduled to meet we reserve the right to reschedule as needed. This option is based on availability, and not always feasible depending on our schedule, as we may need to accommodate other families picking pups up at Eby Eden. We charge a per mile fee to cover our gas, expenses, and time. Contact us with information on your location to work out the specifics of this option
Meet Halfway
Flight Nanny
We work with a fantastic Flight Nanny, Michelle, who can transport your puppy to you! Your pup flies in a soft sided carrier under the Nanny's seat. Michelle is with your pup each step of the way and the pup is exercised, fed, and cared for throughout his/her journey home. Your puppy and his/her nanny meet you in baggage claim.

Sometimes it works out for one of us to serve as a flight nanny! We enjoy traveling with our pups to their new homes and meeting their new families.

Pricing is dependent upon flight cost, date of travel, etc. An official quote can be provided once your pup is born and a travel date is determined.
Airport Pick Up
Some families choose to fly into a nearby airport to pick up their new family member and then return home with their puppy. We are happy to bring the puppy to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), Akron Canton Airport (CAK), or Columbus International Airport (CMH) for an additional fee. This is an excellent option for puppies going to homes outside of the United States (Canada) as entering with their owner is most efficient for customs, etc. This option would include an additional fee for the cost of the vet exam needed to fly. We ask that you bring a kennel/carrier with you to carry the dog as you travel home (or we can obtain one for an additional cost).
Ground Transport
Our flight nanny, Michelle, also offers ground transportation services. She offers private ground transportation for your puppy to your home. A quote is available on request.
